Standards for professionals, partners, and trusted service delivery.
Effective Date: 03 August 2026
1. Introduction
This Worker & Partner Policy governs the rights, responsibilities, obligations, standards of conduct, and operational requirements for all service professionals, technicians, partners, vendors, contractors, and businesses registered with Consifo. By registering as a Worker or Partner on the Consifo platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this Policy, the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and all other applicable Consifo policies.
2. Eligibility
Every Worker or Partner must be legally eligible to work, provide genuine and accurate information, complete identity verification when requested, possess the required skills and experience, hold valid licenses or certifications where legally required, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Registration
Workers must provide accurate information during registration, including full name, mobile number, email address, residential address, service area, skills and experience, bank details where applicable, government-issued identity proof if requested, and a profile photograph if requested. Providing false or misleading information may result in rejection or termination of the account.
4. Background Verification
Consifo may conduct verification of workers and partners, including identity or document checks where appropriate. Registration does not guarantee approval, and Consifo reserves the right to accept or reject applications at its discretion.
5. Professional Conduct
Workers must be polite and respectful, arrive on time whenever reasonably possible, wear clean and appropriate clothing, maintain personal hygiene, communicate professionally, respect customer privacy, and perform services honestly and ethically.
6. Service Quality
Workers are expected to deliver quality workmanship, use appropriate tools and equipment, follow accepted safety practices, complete work with reasonable care, and inform customers before performing additional work that may involve extra charges.
7. Customer Interaction
Workers must not use abusive language, threaten customers, harass customers, discriminate against customers, demand unauthorized payments, or ask for customer passwords, OTPs, banking credentials, or confidential information unless strictly necessary for the requested service.
8. Attendance & Availability
Workers should keep their availability updated, respond to booking requests promptly, and notify Consifo if they are unable to complete an accepted booking. Repeated unexplained no-shows or missed bookings may affect platform access.
9. Booking Acceptance
Workers may accept or decline service requests based on availability and capability. Once a booking is accepted, reasonable efforts should be made to complete the service professionally.
10. Cancellation
Workers should avoid unnecessary cancellations. Frequent cancellations, especially without valid reasons, may result in warnings, temporary restrictions, or account suspension.
11. Payments & Earnings
Worker payments, commissions, incentives, deductions, taxes, and settlement timelines will be governed by the applicable commercial arrangements and platform policies. Workers are responsible for complying with their own tax and legal obligations where applicable.
12. Equipment
Workers are responsible for maintaining the tools, equipment, and materials required to perform their services safely and effectively, unless otherwise agreed.
13. Safety
Workers must follow all applicable safety procedures, use protective equipment where appropriate, immediately stop work if conditions become unsafe, and report serious safety incidents to Consifo where required.
14. Confidentiality
Workers must keep confidential any personal information learned during the course of providing services and must not disclose or misuse such information.
15. Prohibited Activities
Workers must not create fake accounts, submit false documents, commit fraud, manipulate ratings or reviews, circumvent platform payment systems, share customer data without authorization, perform illegal activities, damage customer property intentionally, or use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes.
16. Ratings & Reviews
Customer ratings and reviews may be used to help evaluate service quality. Consifo may review performance and take appropriate action based on repeated quality or conduct concerns.
17. Account Suspension
Consifo may suspend or terminate a worker or partner account in cases involving fraud, false documentation, serious misconduct, repeated policy violations, criminal activity, unsafe behavior, or abuse of customers or staff.
18. Intellectual Property
Workers may not use the Consifo name, logo, branding, trademarks, designs, or other intellectual property without prior written authorization.
19. Independent Status
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, registration on the Consifo platform does not by itself create an employment relationship. Workers remain responsible for complying with applicable legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.
20. Policy Updates
Consifo may update this Worker & Partner Policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
